He helped in getting contractors to take care of painting, carpentry work and more. He always returned our phone calls in a timely fashion.

First of all, they took the time to listen to all of our suggestions and our concerns. Andy made himself available all the time. He even connected us with a contractor and a mover who were both very professional. They marketed our property so well that we had 2 offers in no time.

I did infract I did talk talk with Andy. One thing i should have added, when i first met Andy, it was late February 2020. (Needless to say the world was a complete disaster just a few weeks later.) so when i arrived on June 1st. i was probably one of the first cars to make it that Monday. Andy said you probably should rent a place before, i try to buy some where down here. Andy gave me a number to someone that rents out vacation rentals. It took Andy just a ew months, But he showed almost 20 places when i decided to buy a two bedroom one bathroom on the Key West Golf Course. I love it but in a matter of fact i called him to say I must ask if he sold places he sold to people who have trusted him earlier, and just like that he an his wife began searching or a smaller place for me to live . now he just sold my place and helped me to find the studio I will move into later this week. Andy an his wife, Lisa; are now are such good friends of mine , i don't know how lucky I've been to have known both of them for the past 5 years. Andy an his knowledge of so much people he has known over the past five years, i would be foolish to think anyone else.
